This year is the 20th anniversary of FIRMAN brand. In order to provide better service to customers. FIRMAN Lagos Service Center successfully held The FIRMAN Lagos Engineers Conference 2022 on 18th of August 2022 at the Ikeja Lagos. The event was attended by Our Authorized workshop Engineers, the Service Center Engineers. A total of 31 FIRMAN Engineers were present for the Engineers Conference.

The conference create a platform for our engineers to engage in open constructive discussion about generator maintenance procedures, spare parts procurement, customer behavior and individual approach to issues. Besides, new innovations like the war against fake Spare Parts, new products and the operation of FIRMAN App were discussed in details. The Engineers were also given the opportunity to talk about the experiences and ideas they have.

Gifts were also presented to the most outstanding Engineers. The most outstanding Engineer, Ismaila of Authorized workshop LAG/SF/005 was given the SPG1800 Pro max and the other 2 outstanding Engineers Engineer Ogbonna of Authorized Workshop LAG/SF/006 and Engineer Lawrence of Authorized Workshop LAG/SF/009 were given the 2000 Watts Stabilizers.

This Lagos engineer conference was a great success. Our FRIMAN engineers shared their work experience with each other and promised to work harder for consumers in the future.
